Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes less than two business days to process for delivery. Then, once shipped, it’s in the trusty hands of USPS, UPS, FEDEX or Amazon, depending on your selected shipping option.
Seconds after you place your order, you should have an email from us confirming it’s been received.
Once the order ships (usually within 24 hours), you’ll receive another email from us with a tracking number / carrier and an expected delivery date.
If you are a subscriber, you can always log in to your Shopify account to check your latest order status under the “order history” section.
If you bought through Amazon, you can click on “My orders” and track from there.
Sometimes orders of multiple items are split into 2 or more parcels by the carrier, if one or more of your parcels haven’t arrived 48 hours after the expected date, please contact us at email@example.com with your Order # and we will get our team on this immediately.
Our deliveries don’t require a signature (before opening), so unless you specify otherwise at checkout, the carrier will should still be able to leave your package at your door.
We are able to serve most of the U.S. in 3-5 business days from our network of warehouses. You may select “Expedited” or “Next day” delivery at checkout, but price and availability will vary depending of your location.
Yes! You can order Palmini for your business through our website and still receive free shipping, however if you are ordering a large quantity, if you need your Palmini on a specific date (for an event, for example) or want to set up a recurring purchase, contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make your dreams come true.
